Introduction:
This is the initial consultation where we begin to gather the right information and asking the right questions so we can design a product that will fulfill your needs. Also to introduce you to Envision Built and help you understand why we are different. We will also establishing best methods of communication, from phone numbers to preferred times of day and define expectations within the biding and estimating process.

Our second meeting is the Presentation where we review the design and options that area available. We discuss the overall project and make sure we are head in the right direction. We also present preliminary pricing and/ or budgets to ensure we are working in the right perimeters. Putting it to paper.

 

Pre-Construction & Design:
Before each project begins, the Preconstruction meeting is a kick off meeting designed to review all the details before the project begins. At this point we reviews plans, design selections and all the details to make sure we get the project started correctly. We also cover what to expect during construction process, how to access schedule, and how we will be communicating with you as your project progresses.

Weekly Updates & Schedules

Weekly Updates & Schedules:
Linked to calendars thru Envision Built, you have updates and progress reported to you directly. You will also have documents linked to your project for you to access to make sure you know where you project stands. Not only that, but a team member is on site daily to answer your questions. With all avenues open for communication, we can provide a exciting and informative process that has clarity and complete direction.

 

Midpoint Meeting:
At the Mid-Point of the project we like to take the opportunity to meet and visualize how the project has transpired and confirm the finishing details. This includes walking the project and discussing progress thus far, lining up any changes from this meeting forward, and determining a finishing date of your project.

Final Presentation
We view ourselves as the professionals and take pride in presenting a product that is 100% complete. As a result, this meeting is about presenting you with the final product that will not only delight you but exceed your expectations. This is a time to celebrate a completed vision.

 

Warranty:
Warranty service is a lead indicator that defines a company’s strengths and Integrity. Leading with the ending in mind, all of our projects come with a full (1) one year warranty on materials and labor for all of our projects. We formulate our meetings to include explanation and layout of warranty service and guarantees. We follow up, creating scheduled returns to review performance and satisfaction of final product.
